zip BRCMM10K.zip 3,320 MapMate Digital Atlas comprising selected 'scarcer' Macro Moth species from the BRC LepMap Dataset. Please note that this dataset is known to contain errors, is completely un-validated and is provided for information only as an historic document. Copyright BRC 2002, No publication without permission. This is a big file and may take 30mis-1hour to download at 28K. Download file by clicking on the link in 'File' above. Zip files require WinZip. If you don't have this you can download a free evaluation copy from www.winzip.com. Note that these files are large and may take some time to download.

To use the Record Datasets: Open MapMate, double click on 'Records' in the toolbar and choose a Dataset from the list. Once 'attached' all of the dataset contents are available to MapMate in isolation to any other existing data. Check out ownership and any restrictions of use by clicking on 'Dataset' in the toolbar and choosing 'Properties'. Check out any sample maps from the File > Open menu.

To use the Extended Maps: Open MapMate, with any destination map open: Edit > Insert > 'More Map Features...'.

Conditions of Use: Datasets are provided free to MapMate users on an 'as is' basis and are accepted under any specific terms in the Description above and to any specific limitations of Ownership and Availability provided in the Dataset > Properties dialog of each respective Dataset.

zip sqlhelp.zip 130 Microsoft Jet Help files - Providing a complete reference to SQL functions and statements as used in MapMate. Zip format.

zip User.zip 430 MapMate User.mdb file at Latest Release (here at 240). You can use this clean copy if yours gets corrupted. Note that you don't need this for the any update. Released 16/10/2010. This is the same release as used with 240.

zip MapMate-core-240.zip 1770 Program files for MapMate release 240, including a copy of the new compressor (Version 5.0.1641.1). Note that this compressor is essential for Windows 64 bit. Released 16/10/2010.

Zip files require WinZip. If you don't have this you can download a free evaluation copy from www.winzip.com. Right-click the User.mdb file and choose to 'Save Target', 'Save As' or 'Save Target As'.

You can save the sqlhelp to a folder on you PC, unzip the help files and run them from there.
